Aaron Harris, PhD

Bio

Aaron serves as a Principal at The Bowdoin Group. He works on senior-level strategic and executive searches and team expansion projects nationwide within the BioPharma and Digital Health verticals. Aaron is responsible for attracting, recruiting, and screening individuals to support delivery initiatives and help companies build talented teams.

Prior to The Bowdoin Group, Aaron focused on retained executive-level scientific and medical searches for Boston-based BioPharma companies, serving as an Executive Search Consultant at the Higgins Group. Before the Higgins Group, Aaron staffed scientists, engineers, and other biotechnology professionals in both global pharmaceutical and start-up biopharma companies while at HireMinds LLC.

Aaron holds a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Georgia, as well as, a B.S. in Biology from James Madison University. In his free time, you can find Aaron running along the roads in Brookline or yelling at the TV during any and all UGA football games.
