Position Overview:

We are looking for an Associate to join our recruiting team. In this role, you will be developing and building relationships with executive talent and fitting them with exciting new job opportunities. You will identify candidates and work with them through the hiring process from phone screens to in-person/video interviews and final placements. We are looking for driven, self-motivated people who are not afraid to take on new endeavors and want to be rewarded for their efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify top talent to match with our clients’ job opportunities: You will source, screen, and qualify potential candidates to fill open positions.
  • Work alongside practice leader to consult, update, and understand client needs throughout a search or project.
  • Utilize a wide variety of recruiting strategies such as sourcing, networking, referrals, social media, cold calls etc.  
  • Identify and qualify leads for new potential business. 
  • Guide and direct candidates through interview processes by providing valuable feedback and insight to our clients’ needs.
  • Document and communicate activities via our applicant tracking system.

Qualifications and Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience building relationships within executive leadership talent (recruiting or sales a plus)
  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • A competitive, goal oriented background with a natural curiosity and intense desire to excel – possess “grit”
  • Driven professional with a desire to be rewarded for hard work and accomplishments
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to exceed goals and take initiative
  • Strong communication skills with a “can do” attitude
